Getting started...
This section MUST be completed before you do anything else to your
site.

logging into the administration section choose the Site Setup Values
/ Base Site Values selection in the administration navigation bar.
The resulting page provides you with input fields to set up the
default values for your site.
You will need to enter your information in each of the fields. Make
sure the information is correct.
- Site ID: This is the same as the primary login used to set up your
database. This will be provided by the person (web designer, IT
person or web host) who set up your website on the hosting server.
- Site Email Address: This is the default email address for your
site. This is the email address that is used by the software when it
needs to communicate with you.
- Site Folder Name: This is provided by your hosting company. It
must be the EXACT label of the folder on the web server where your
site is located including upper and lower case.
- Fully Qualified Site URL: This must be in the form "http://www.yourdomain.com".
- News Heading: This is the text that will be displayed above the
News section on the navigation bar.
- Site Links Heading: This is the text that will be displayed above
the "links" section on the navigation bar.
- Show Membership Registration: This only affects your site if you
have chosen to include the Membership Component in your site.
Checking this box adds all necessary links to the users navigation
bar. You must remember to add the Membership Registration to
one of your navigation bars in the Site Setup Values / Site
Navbar Setup section.
- Registration Approval Required: Again, this only affects your site
if you have chosen to include the Membership Component in your site.
If checked, any user registering for access to the site must wait
for you to approve their registration. This can be used if you have
a membership fee and you are waiting for the payment to arrive. If
this is not checked, new membership registration will automatically
be approved to view restricted content.
- Site Title: This should be a short sentence (maximum of 120
characters) describing your site. In many search engines this is
used as the description in the search results.
- Keywords: A list of keywords that people may use to locate your
site using a search engine.
When you finish click the Save Changes button to save the
information.
