• Online Help... The Aliquant administration site has three help links under the Help and Resources section of the administration navigation bar.
  • Turn Help On (Off)... This link will turn on (or off) help files on each of the administration pages. The help information is located at the bottom of each administration page.
  • User Reference... This link will open a topic specific help page.
  • User How To... This link will open a set of detail How-To pages covering the most common administrative actions.
• Online Q & A... From the Aliquant Site choose the Aliquant Discussion option. This threaded discussion group is monitored by Web Transitions. We encourage you to use this forum whenever time permits. It allows us to build up a selection of valuable questions that can be added to our help files.
• Email Support... Email support is available by sending an email to support@webtransitions.com.
• Telephone Support... Telephone support (540-334-1707) is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
• Hosting Support... All hosting servers are monitored 24 / 7. We know within minutes if a server or Internet connection is down.
